This is Serena He, chief sales officer from Yishang. Today, we will discuss how to weld 1.0mm thick galvanized pipes.
If continuous arc welding is used, it is easy to break through. So how should we weld it properly?
The 1.0mm thick galvanized square tube material is very thin, so it is recommended to use thinner welding rods for welding. It is recommended to use welding rods with a diameter of 2.5 millimeters for welding.
When welding, the section arc welding method is used to weld thin galvanized square pipes, because the section arc welding method can better control the temperature of the molten iron, prevent the molten iron from falling down, and prevent the phenomenon of square pipe breakdown.
During the welding process, the landing point of each arc should be accurate, and the arc should be terminated cleanly. Each arc needs to wait for the color of the previous arc's molten pool to turn red and dark before proceeding with the welding of the next arc.
Please check the forming effect after welding.
